IBeer Agricultural Brewery was founded by the very passionate brewer Giovanna Merloni in 2015 in Fabriano, in an old renovated barn but now houses a modern agricultural brewery surrounded by five hectares of fields planted with barley.
Every period of production takes place within the farm: from the cultivation of barley to the packaging of the finished and bottled products. The beer is produced inside the Collegiglioni production site, a few kilometers from the city, where, annexed to the brewery, there is also a land dedicated to the cultivation of raw materials.
In the early session of America Awards 2022, IBeer joined the award and has received 3 Gold Awards and a Silver Award, awarded by AmericaWinesPaper.com. Below are the products that won an award:
GOLD AWARDED PRODUCTS
Kia Kaha
Alc. 6.3% Vol.
Pacific Pale Ale. High fermentation. Made exclusively with Australian and New Zealand hops and flavored with a hint of Murray pepper.
KIA KAHA, which in the Maori language means “be strong”, is an intense and decisive beer.
El Dorado
Alc. 5.2% Vol.
American Bitter. High fermentation. Intense aroma, with the freshness of the bland American hops, which gives a dry and thirst-quenching body, with notes of persistent bitterness.
Special One
Alc. 9% Vol.
Imperial Porter. High fermentation. Not Filtered. Strong and vigorous, with intense roasting aromas that leave a long finish of tobacco and licorice in the mouth.
SILVER AWARDED PRODUCT
Donna di Cuori
Alc. 5.5% Vol.
English Red Ale. High fermentation. Typically English beer, with fruity notes of plum, sultanas, and caramelized hints. Soft taste with almond and rhubarb finish.
