BGPL USA is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Davaat Catering & Events LLC to present the “Fine Dining & Wine Pairing Experience” hosted by the acclaimed Chef Kunj in Miami this October. BGPL USA is the importer and marketer of French winehouses Barton & Guestier, Patriarche, and Listel in the United States. A complex 10-course tasting menu emphasizing locally and sustainably sourced ingredients will be part of the new concept. On Saturday, October 1, 2022, starting at 6:00 p.m., Daavat Catering & Events will hold the inaugural event of the series. to 9:30 p.m. in a prestigious location with views of Biscayne Bay.
The dining experience offers visitors a unique chance to taste a tasting menu with a variety of dishes chosen by Chef Kunj influenced by European & Modern American cuisines along with BGPL USA’s collection of vintage French wines in the solitude of one of Biscayne Bay’s luxurious penthouses. The wine menu will include options from Barton & Guestier (B&G), one of the oldest wineries in Bordeaux, as well as Cremant Appellations, Bordeaux, Graves, Provence, and Sauternes, as well as Patriarche, a Bourgogne winery that specializes in the Charmat Method and Traditional Method sparkling wines as well as AOC wines.
The specially designed multi-sensory experience offers a panoramic nighttime view of Biscayne Bay, live musical entertainment, and a display of unique artwork from regional artists and collectors.
