The group aims to strengthen and expand the presence in the current market, but also venture into new opportunities to grow their portfolio of wines, spirits, beer and other beverages.
In line with their vision, the company has signed an agreement to purchase Major Brands, Missouri’s largest distributor of wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, operating in six cities and serving more than nine thousand retailers.
